What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Do you have a mailing list?
The best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list (the signup form is at the bottom of this page). We send infrequent mail and will not share your information.
How often do you restock?
That depends on the product. Some colours or styles are only available seasonally, however to encourage seasonless fashion some core items (such as our Trousers and sweatshirts) are available all year long.
Who styles and photographs your clothing?
All of our product shots are taken by Toronto photographer Andrew Cottingham. Lifestyle photos and kit shots are both shot and styled in house. If you’re interested in pulling Muttonhead pieces or collaborating with us on a creative please email email@example.com
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary with item and location, if you’re curious about the price to ship a certain item, shoot us an email, we’ll get right back to you. Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Muttonhead for any reason.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in Canada is $10.00 CAD
Shipping everywhere else is $15.00 CAD
When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped out within the next business day. North American orders usually take 3 - 7 business days. International orders can take up to 5 weeks. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.
What shipping company do you use?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Air mail. Only Domestic orders include tracking.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.

Where are you located? Can I visit your studio?
We are located in Canada, Toronto to be exact. We often have sales or events at our studio. If you are interested in making an appointment to coming and shop please email us and note that we do not take debit card.
We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you a refund, should you send your garment/s back to us within 7 days of receiving ( international returns 14 days)
Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note we do not offer exchange or refund on sale items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
*please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Canada Post. Muttonhead is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. For more information please email email@example.com
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
This depends on your country. In Canada we charge a mandatory 13% HST to all Canadian buyers.
